In my senior year, I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.
I hope to study in depth
In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. I’m glad to introduce myself to you. My Chinese name is , but you can call me Cathy, my English name. I was born and raised in Guangdong, so I speak both Cantonese and Mandarin.
I’ll soon graduate from Zhongshan University, majoring in accounting. I think you may have interviewed quite a lot of students from our school, so you know this major prepares us for CGA and most courses are taught in English. My GPA is 3.6, it ranks number 9 in the 115 students in my grade. And I’ve passed 15 exams in CGA, I anticipate I will get the CGA qualification in 20xx.
